WHY RESIST AT ALL?
Everything is on the line...
Big corporations are trying to steal YOU.
Your physical health is at risk from the food you eat. Your mental health is dwindling faster than a goldfish and you don't even know it.
And worst of all, families are being torn apart because of people's choices to be addicted to this lifestyle.

Social Validation
Relationships
Social Media steals your time from relationships in your life. In a 60 Minutes interview with former Google product manager, Tristan Harris, he explained that IG’s notification algorithms will sometimes hold “likes” on posts to deliver them in large bursts. This use of a changing reward system takes advantage of our dopamine-driven desire for social validation. This is just one of the aspects that social media and an overdose of dopamine slowly steel your time and attention from people in your current life. People will go to extreme lengths to receive that social validation through social media instead of with their spouse or family.
Physical Health
MSG is found in most foods you consume from stores and restaurants. Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) has a menacing effect on the brain making it believe that food tastes better, it is an excitotoxin and it overstimulates the brain causing the production of an excessive amount of dopamine. MSG has been linked with obesity, metabolic disorders, Chinese Restaurant Syndrome, neurotoxic effects, and detrimental effects on the reproductive organs.
It's worth avoiding MSG when you can. Resist the urge to eat at Mcdonald's and other fast foods. Instead, try to cook a meal yourself from scratch. We will be creating free recipes that are easy to make on our blog.

Avoid Fast Food
Mental Health
Dr. King became a professor of Communications at California State University, Fullerton, after earning her Ph. D. in Mass Communication at the University of Alabama. Dr. King explained that over many experiments, there was a clear differentiation in how long people think they spend on social media vs the real time spent on social media. Media in general has increased their ability to distract which has directly affected a person’s attention span and focus without them realizing how much of it is being consumed.
Although this can be seen in all ages, individuals that grew up without the same access to social media have different habits than younger ages who grew up with it. There are many other ways social media and dopamine effect our cultures mental health. This is just one of the scary truths.
